• ELECTRICITY (is an additional fee) MUST TELL US IN ADVANCE THAT YOU NEED IT.

• CANCELLATION REQUESTS -Reviewed on a case by case basis as deposits are non-refundable and only pre-authorized cases may be honored with exchange towards a future HaiRadio event of equal size.  No Cash Refunds Available.
